Totally right there with you, Amy. I started to feel a bit better when I reached out to ask for help from folks in my community (and thanks for your support!). I'm also putting in a little extra effort to take short movement breaks throughout my day, and choosing more activities that don't involve screens. This week it's been needle felting, making collages, and yoga nidra. 💚
