Who can join the directory?
The NeurodiverseYoga Directory is for;

Neurodiversity-affirming yoga or wellness businesses

Neurodiversity-affirming yoga teachers and practitioners.

Neurodiversity-affirming wellness practitioners (neurodivergent life coaches, fitness trainers etc.)

Neurodiversity-affirming therapists (yoga therapy, sound therapy etc.)

To protect the space and provide neurodivergent clients with reassurance, for all practitioners and businesses on our directory, we request the following documentation/CPD evidence:

A digital copy of your primary qualification, your current practitioner insurance and a digital copy of your photo ID.

Evidence of a minimum of 20 hours CPD in the discipline and practice of Neurodiversity-affirming accessibility and inclusion. This includes, but is not limited to working specifically with neurodivergent clients*.

Be as an active ally of the neurodivergent community and/or identify as neurodivergent (if preferred term), be neurodiversity-affirming in your offerings and have a desire to break down ableism and neuronormativity in the yoga and wellness community.
*CPD includes training courses, conferences, workshops and personal research. If you are unsure if your CPD is applicable please contact us here. (You will be asked to provide evidence of CPD undertaken.)
We appreciate that neurodivergent people come from many different backgrounds, often with multiple marginalised identities. We recognise that barriers to equitable training and opportunities exist. NeurodiverseYoga is committed to providing a space for all wellness practitioners, with a special focus on elevating the voices of those of us who are particularly marginalised in the yoga/wellness sector.
