Angie Lamb
She/Her
Yoga Therapist
Angie is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) with the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
Her work integrates trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming yoga therapy to support adults navigating stress, anxiety, and nervous-system overwhelm.
Her clinical case study explored how yoga therapy can support the mental health of adults who identify as autistic later in life - an area that continues to shape her clinical lens and approach.
With deep respect for each individual’s unique nervous system, Angie offers yoga therapy as a collaborative, consent-based practice. Sessions emphasize pacing, choice, and clarity, supporting grounding, self-understanding, and internal steadiness.
She offers one-on-one sessions and small group spaces designed to feel safe and orienting - where authenticity is welcomed.
Those unsure whether yoga therapy is a fit for them are welcome to begin with a low-pressure conversation.

I humbly acknowledge that the ancient practices of yoga are from a culture that is not my own and am forever grateful for my teachers and their teachers for passing on this beautiful tradition. I would also like to acknowledge with gratitude that I live, work, play and practice on the unceded territory of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations Peoples (known as Vancouver, BC).
