Hi, I'm Chloe, I teach yoga for hypermobility and neurodiversity.
I have been practicing yoga for 6 years. During this time yoga has taught me so much about myself. It has helped me to better understand and accept my neurodiversity and it has taught me how to stop masking and how to meet the needs of my neurodivergent body, brain and nervous system. I have also been able to better take care of my hypermobile body through my yoga practice.
I am here to help you do the same. It doesn't matter if you're newly diagnosed or are just struggling with life, there's a space for you here. Together we can work to help you explore and get to know your own body, so you can respond better to its needs, on and off the yoga mat.
I offer a wide variety of adaptations as I know from experience how complex and individualised these conditions can be.
