Elizabeth Brandon
They/She
Yoga Teacher, In Training to be a Meditation Teacher
Elizabeth has been practicing yoga for 15+ years, first attending classes at the gym growing up with their father.
Since then, they've studied the power of yoga as a full body meditation for cultivating strength and self compassion, while also respecting yoga’s historical and philosophical roots.
Elizabeth completed a 200-hour Teacher Training at Tula Yoga Studio in Chicago, IL, apprenticing under Mara Goldfine, and a 40 hour training with Accessible Yoga School under Jivana Heyman.
They are currently studying in the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program under Dr. Tara Brach and Dr. Jack Kornfield. With a background in dance, she views yoga as a creative meditative practice, reconnecting body and breath with light-hearted reverence.
When Elizabeth isn’t teaching or practicing yoga, she likes to make art, kayak, read, and enjoy live music. For more classes and updates, follow @e.lizaflow on Instagram.
