Yoga Teacher
I’m Emily, a yoga teacher with a deep passion for sharing the benefits of this beautiful practice, which has supported me personally for 15 years.
I care about creating a welcoming, affirming space to explore yoga - beginner or regular to the mat - through community classes, private events, and 1:1 sessions.
As a late-diagnosed ADHD adult, I teach through a neurodivergent lens so understand the unique challenges this can bring, and love supporting others in finding practices that truly work for them. My additional training in ‘ADHD-informed yoga teaching’ sparked a keen interest in the neuroscience it was built on, and I offer talks and workshops exploring yoga’s impact as a potentially game-changing tool for supporting ADHD brains.
Whether guiding a gentle restorative class, grounding Hatha sessions, dynamic vinyasa flow, or pranayama and meditation, I aim to nurture both body and soul, and enjoy weaving in the wisdom of yoga philosophy in accessible, relevant ways. Yoga continues to be a powerful tool in my own life - mentally, emotionally, and physically - and I feel deeply grateful to share it with others. I truly believe yoga has something for everyone, and I’d love to help you find your way in.
