Esther Nagle

She/Her

Yoga teacher and Wellbeing Coach

Esther Nagle is a yoga teacher, menopause coach, recovery coach, embodiment coach, and trauma-informed practitioner based in the Rhondda Valleys, South Wales, with over twelve years in the wellness sector. She holds BWY Associate Teacher status, is completing further training through YogaRenew, and is currently studying Coaching Neurodivergent Clients with Embodiment Unlimited. She was diagnosed with ADHD during perimenopause, an experience that shapes both her personal practice and her work with students.

Esther currently teaches five weekly community classes, primarily serving older women, and partners with organisations including Mental Health Matters Wales and Cambrian Village Trust to deliver trauma-informed yoga programmes.

Her approach is rooted in choice, consent, and permission. Students are never required to hold a pose a particular way, follow a fixed sequence without input, or mask what their body or mind needs in the moment. She works especially with people navigating recovery, menopause, and midlife transition, and believes deeply that these are not periods of decline but invitations back to oneself.

Esther is the published author of Bent Back into Shape: Beating Addiction through Yoga, based on her own experience of recovery during Yoga teacher training.
