As a Wellness Practitioner, I offer on self-care techniques that help manage issues like stress, anxiety, trauma, chronic pain, emotional dysregulation, sensory sensitivities, and body disassociation.


Through somatic practices, I help guide clients through body awareness exercises, breathwork, movement, and mindfulness to regulate the nervous system, and help individuals process emotions and trauma that may be stored in the body.


I do this by incorporating yoga, breathwork, and mindfulness so that my clients can find sustainable self-care routines that are suitable for their daily lives.
