I’m Jovie, a queer and neurodivergent holistic wellness practitioner, arts facilitator, and Reiki teacher, with experience and training as a meditation guide and support worker.

My experience in support work includes: working with young adults with complex learning needs and autism in an educational setting, art therapy with adults with dementia and mental health challenges, and working as a creative practitioner with primary and secondary kids.

My work focuses on introducing spiritual knowledge, holistic wellness, and energy healing to members of the lgbtqia+ community. I explore deep relaxation, energy protection, and teach others how to access spiritual support in 1:1 sessions and by hosting energy reset workshops. I believe there are healing realms all around us, and my work teaches people how to access these realms.
