Well-being Specialist, Founder of Circular Flow

Circular Flow is built on the belief that wellbeing should be accessible, inclusive, and support the whole person at every stage of life.

My work centres on creating safe, nurturing spaces where neurodivergent individuals and those with SEND can thrive, from nursery age through post-16 education and into adulthood. With over a decade of experience working in schools, community groups, and adult centres, I deliver group sessions and one-to-one support tailored to individual needs.

My approach combines yoga, mindful movement, sound baths, therapeutic bodywork, and creative arts, offering flexible, sensory-aware practices that encourage self-regulation, confidence, connection, and emotional wellbeing.

Alongside this, I specialise in pre- and postnatal care and women's health, recognising that supporting mothers is essential to supporting children. By helping women feel physically, emotionally, and mentally resourced, I empower them to better care for their neurodivergent children, building stronger relationships and creating positive foundations from the very beginning of life.

Circular Flow takes a holistic, 360° approach to wellbeing, supporting individuals, families, and communities to move, rest, create, and connect in ways that honour their unique strengths, deepen self-understanding, and help them navigate the world with greater confidence, resilience, and compassion throughout their lives.
