Viola Bianchetti
She/Her
Yoga Teacher
I am a queer and neurodivergent yoga teacher. I have been practicing for about ten years, and I have done a 200h Yoga Teacher's Training in January 2024.
Since 2025, I have started teaching in different formats (outdoors, donation-based, workshops, yoga for the workplace) and I aim to soon increase my offer with regular classes, online classes and retreats.
So far, my classes have been tailored to beginner students and therefore I have offered mostly Hatha classes, but my favourite style is Vinyasa. I also offer flexibility-focused classes as that is one of my strengths (e.g. hip-opening, back-bending).
As a yoga teacher, I strive to create a space free from judgment, comparison, and perfectionism. In my classes, I encourage students to move in a way that feels good for their body, to explore, and to stay playful in their practice. Creating a safe and inclusive space, specifically for LGBTQI and neurodivergent students, has always been one of my priorities.
Professionally, I work for a LGBTQI NGO and I organise and deliver training to young LGBTQI activists. Sharing with other people knowledge and passion is something I deeply enjoy and that gives meaning to my days.
Identities/conditions:
Late-diagnosed Autistic, Queer (cis) woman.
