By participating in this yoga class, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Purpose of Fundraiser
This yoga class is a fundraiser to raise virtual funds for Taylor to receive a wheelchair. All proceeds from the class will be donated to this cause.
2. Participation
By attending and participating in the yoga class, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and understand the nature of the event. You acknowledge that yoga involves physical activity and you are participating at your own risk.
3. Assumption of Risk
You understand that yoga involves physical movements and stretches, which may involve risks of injury. By participating, you accept full responsibility for any injury or health-related issues that may arise during or after the class. You acknowledge that you are engaging in this activity of your own free will and at your own risk.
4. Medical Disclaimer
You confirm that you are in practicing by your own will and have consulted with your physician/doctor/medical professional, if necessary, before participating in the yoga class. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns, it is your responsibility to seek appropriate medical advice and ensure that yoga is safe for you.
5. Liability Disclaimer
The instructor and organizer of this event (Amy Nairne) are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during or after the class. By participating in this yoga class, you agree to release the Organizer from any liability related to your participation in this class.
6. Class Recording & Virtual Participation
This class will be held virtually, and you are responsible for ensuring that you have a stable internet connection to participate. The Organizer is not responsible for any technical difficulties or issues during the virtual event.
7. Refunds and Donations
All donations and proceeds from the class are final and non-refundable. You understand that your payment is a contribution toward the fundraising goal and in return you receive a free yoga class.
