ND-affirming Meditation Classes

Weekly short guided meditation classes on zoom.

30 minLocation 1

Service Description

Join us for a short guided meditation designed to help you explore mindfulness in a way that works with your brain, not against it. This class is open to everyone, whether you’re new to meditation or have an established practice. What to expect: I will begin the class with a brief introduction of the theme. Then I will guide us through a 20 minute meditation. After the meditation, there will be an opportunity to share your experience with the group. Sharing is always optional, and there is never any pressure to participate. A few things to know: You can keep your camera on or off. Join the session from wherever you feel most comfortable, whether that’s your bed, a chair, or a cushion. You’re welcome to have any comfort items nearby, such as a fidget or sensory aid, stuffed animal, or blanket. Feel free to use them at any point during the meditation.
