Hannah Gould, M,Ed, E-RYT
A former special educator, Hannah has taught yoga since 2005. Since 2011, she has been teaching Voice Colors Yoga in programs serving autistic adults including day habilitation and residential settings.
Voice Colors Yoga is a visually-guided approach to yoga developed for and with autistic yoga students. Classes provide visual communication supports including color-coded photos of yoga sequences, schedule boards and more. Voice Colors Yoga aims to make yoga accessible to autistic individuals of all abilities.
Hannah is currently the program director at Voice Colors Yoga, and she is the co-creator of the Voice Colors Yoga curriculum and Yoga for Autism teacher training.
Hannah offers weekly Voice Colors Yoga classes at Stepping Stone Studios in Wellesley, MA, where she is helping to grow a thriving neurodiverse yoga community for autistic students, families, friends and allies.
Hannah’s teaching is rooted in a deep appreciation of the natural wisdom of our bodies, the power of exploration and play, and the importance of meaningful connection with oneself and in community.
