Join us for a nurturing on-demand workshop designed to help neurodivergent people cultivate self-care during the colder seasons. As we transition from autumn to winter there can be a lot of changes to our lives and environment, which can cause greater stress, anxiety and depression in our lives making it harder to manage our unique nervous system. This self care workshop combines gentle yoga, mindful breathing and reflective practices to support your well-being and restore your energy. (These classes have been adapted to also suit the needs of those that may be physically disabled, always practice with care and caution. Also if you struggle financially and this workshop is not financially accessible to you, please don't hesitate to contact me!)
