Most people are unique and have their own limits/abilities when it comes to stepping into the world of yoga, especially those in the neurodivergent and disabled community. 

I wanted to work one on one with people to help provide them with unique online yoga, meditation and mindfulness classes especially catered to their needs.

So whether you have an injury, are living as a disabled person or are neurodivergent your needs matter to me!

What to expect?

Disclaimer-

  • You do not need to disclose your medical diagnosis/diagnoses at any point.

  • If you are struggling financially like many in the neurodivergent, disabled community and other marginalised groups don't worry! I am here to support you and can offer cheaper prices for those that may need it, just put 'low cost' on the contact form. 

  • Whilst I am neurodivergent and disabled myself I do not know everything there is to know about disabilities, injuries and neurodivergent conditions. Please keep this in mind and remember you know yourself better then anyone else does. I will educate myself to the best of my ability in order to support you. 

  • I am not a doctor or physiotherapist please contact your doctor before practicing yoga.

  • I know for some neurodivergent and disabled people communication can be an added challenge so there will be no phone calls or video calls required. All our contact will be virtual and if contacting through an advocate, guardian or parent works better then we can do that too.

As an neurodivergent disabled person myself I know how daunting new things can be!

What will happen?

  1. Email me with the contact form below, to start just with some basic information about yourself. (Your name, contact info etc.)

  2. You will receive an intro email from me explaining more about the whole process.

  3. We will then email back and forth about your needs, any accommodations you may need, when you would like to practice and for how long and any challenges or targets you want to work on. 

  4. I will then provide you with a set of 5 yoga, meditation and mindfulness classes catered for you all for only £100.

  5. After this you will have a mini schedule sent over by email of where you can fit in these 5 yoga videos into your weekly routine (no pressure to be consistent of course!)
